Mr. Hoekstra and Mr. Hillegass have each earned the Accredited Senior Appraisal (“ASA”) designation within the business valuation discipline accredited by the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. Ryan holds the MAI real estate valuation designation accredited by the Appraisal Institute. These designations are considered the most highly regarded credentials for a valuation analyst to obtain. Within Atlanta, Georgia there are approximately 40 ASA business valuation consultants and approximately 110 MAI real estate valuation consultants.

Mr. Hoekstra is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Georgia and he has obtained the Accredited in Business Valuation (“ABV”) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as ASA valuation designation.

Mr. Hillegass holds a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Auburn University complementing his ASA valuation designation.

Mr. Ryan has earned the MAI designation within the real estate valuation discipline accredited by the Appraisal Institute. This designation is widely considered to be the most highly regarded credential for real estate valuation. He also has earned a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) with a real estate concentration and is a Georgia Certified General Real Property Appraiser. Rob has comprehensive experience in commercial brokerage, valuation, consulting, instruction, and litigation support dating back to 1989. His valuation experience includes a wide range of commercial property and includes valuations throughout the United States.
