(March 10, 2009, Atlanta, GA) - HH Advisors LLC as well as Messrs Chad Hoekstra, CPA/ABV, ASA, Tim Hillegass, MBA, ASA and Rob Ryan, MBA, MAI are pleased to announce the formation of Meridian Advisors to provide real estate valuations with the same quality level of personalized service received by HH Advisors clients. 

Meridian Advisors will specialize in preparing high quality commercial real estate valuations for you and your clients in the greater Atlanta area and throughout the Southeast.  You can expect the same professionalism, commitment to quality, efficiency, cost effective product and services solutions with Meridian Advisors and its professionals as you have experienced with the professionals of HH Advisors.  Rob Ryan will manage the real estate group operations with Chad Hoekstra, Tim Hillegass managing HH Advisors Services, providing a comprehensive “one-stop-shop” appraisal firm.

Mr. Ryan holds the MAI designation within the real estate valuation discipline accredited by the Appraisal Institute which is widely considered the most highly regarded credential for real estate appraisal.  He also has earned a Master of Business Administration with a real estate concentration and is a Georgia Certified General Real Property Appraiser. Mr. Ryan has comprehensive experience in commercial brokerage, appraisal, consulting, litigation support and university instruction dating back to 1989.  His valuation experience includes a wide range of commercial property types and includes valuation assignments throughout the United States.
